Use these quick and easy pickles to jazz up burgers, sandwiches or salads.

Quick Garlic and Dill Pickles

Ingredients

1 cup
3 Tbsp The Original Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce
3 Tbsp brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp salt
2 tsp dill seeds
1 tsp cracked pepper
1 large English cucumber, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices

Directions

    Stir together vinegar, hot sauce, brown sugar, garlic, salt, dill seeds and pepper; toss with cucumber slices. Let stand for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly pickled.

    Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 2 days.

Add 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill if desired.
