Use these quick and easy pickles to jazz up burgers, sandwiches or salads.
|3 Tbsp||The Original Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce|
|3 Tbsp||brown sugar|
|3||cloves garlic, minced|
|2 tsp||dill seeds|
|1 tsp||cracked pepper|
|1||large English cucumber, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices|
Stir together vinegar, hot sauce, brown sugar, garlic, salt, dill seeds and pepper; toss with cucumber slices. Let stand for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly pickled.
Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 2 days.
