1½ cups | chopped rotisserie chicken |
¼ cup | Louisiana Hot Sauce - Hotter Than Hot |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
2 tsp | soy sauce |
2 | cloves garlic, minced |
1½ lbs | store-bought pizza dough |
½ cup | barbecue sauce |
1½ cups | shredded mozzarella cheese |
¼ cup | sliced pepperoni |
½ cup | thinly sliced red onion |
1 | large jalapeño pepper, thinly sliced |
Preheat oven to 450°F.
In medium bowl, stir together chicken, 2 tbsp The Original Louisiana Brand® Hot Sauce Hotter Than Hot, oil, soy sauce and garlic.
On lightly floured work surface, roll out pizza dough to fit 15 x 11-inch sheet pan. Transfer to parchment paper-lined sheet pan. Spread with barbecue sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Top with chicken mixture, pepperoni, onion and jalapeño.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese has melted and is bubbling. Let cool for 2 minutes. Slice into squares and serve with remaining hot sauce.
