4 tsp | deli mustard |
2 Tbsp | The Original Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce |
1 Tbsp | mayonnaise |
4 | large flour tortillas (10-inch) |
3½ cup | shredded Swiss cheese |
8 slice | deli ham |
8 slice | deli smoked turkey |
16 slice | bread-and-butter pickles |
½ cup | sour cream |
2 Tbsp | lime juice |
1 Tbsp | chopped fresh parsley |
In bowl, stir together deli mustard, 1 tbsp hot sauce, and mayonnaise. Spread evenly over half of each tortilla; sprinkle with half of the cheese. Layer ham, turkey and pickles over top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Fold tortilla over to enclose filling.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat; grease grate well. Reduce heat to medium. Grill quesadillas for 1 to 2 minutes per side or until grill marked. Move to indirect heat; cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortillas are toasted.
In separate bowl, stir together sour cream, lime juice and remaining hot sauce.
Cut each quesadilla into 3 wedges; garnish with parsley. Serve with spicy lime sour cream for dipping.
Alternatively, pan-toast quesadillas or grill in panini press.
