|8 oz||cream cheese, softened|
|½ cup||sour cream|
|1 tsp||Better Than Bouillon® Seasoned Vegetable Base|
|2 tsp||minced garlic|
|2 Tbsp||Red Rooster Hot Sauce|
|2 tsp||onion powder|
|10 oz||frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained|
|½ cup||crumbled feta cheese|
Add the cream cheese, sour cream, Seasoned Vegetable Base, garlic, Hot Sauce, and onion powder to the bowl of a stand mixer* fitted with the paddle attachment. Mix on low for 1 - 2 minutes until smooth. Add the spinach and feta cheese and mix for 1 - 2 more minutes.
Serve with corn chips, blue chips, pita bread, or other favorite dipper. Or, refrigerate until ready to serve.
