Sweepstakes Entry Period: The Giveaway will begin on Monday, February 5th, 2024 at 12:00 pm ET, Eastern Time (“ET”) and end on Sunday, February 11th, 2024 at 11:00 pm ET (The Sweepstakes Entry Period). Only entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period and which are otherwise fully compliant with these Official Rules are “Valid Entries.”
Eligibility: The Louisiana Hot Sauce Waste Management Phoenix Open Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, and all United States territories and possessions), age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and where otherwise taxed, prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of the Sponsor or its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising agencies, and their immediate families and household members are not eligible.
To Enter: Entrants who post a photo of Louisiana Hot Sauce (product/branding) at the Waste Management Phoenix Open 2024 to their Instagram account (Story or Feed) between Monday, February 5th, 2024 at 12:00 pm ET, Eastern Time (“ET”) and Sunday, February 11th, 2024 at 11:00 pm ET (The Sweepstakes Period) will be automatically entered to win one (1) of the prize packs outlined below.
To create a “Valid Entry” users must follow the parameters below:
- The post entry must be posted from a “public” Instagram account
- The post entry must utilize the hashtag “#louisianaatwmpo” in the caption of the Instagram post
- The post entry must tag “@Louisiana_hot_sauce” in the caption of the Instagram Feed post or the on-screen text of the Instagram Story post
- The post entry must include imagery of The Original Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce (product/branding) at the Waste Management Phoenix Open 2024
There is a limit of one (1) entry per Entrant for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, and/or any other methods will void that Entrant’s entry, and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Entries submitted by anyone other than the Entrant are void. In case of dispute as to the identity of any Entrant, entry will be declared made by the registered name and address on such entry. All prizes are non-transferable or assigned and no substitutions or cash redemptions; except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. No more than the stated number of prizes outlined in these Official Rules will be awarded.
Neither Sponsor nor any Sweepstakes Entity is responsible for any entry that is lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, human error, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor or Sweepstakes Entity.
Selection of Winners/Odds: On or around February 15th, 2024, up to 35 potential winners will be selected in a random drawing by a Louisiana Hot Sauce representative from all eligible entries. The potential winners will be notified by Louisiana Hot Sauce (@Louisiana_hot_sauce) via Instagram direct message. Winners must respond to the direct message from Louisiana Hot Sauce (@Louisiana_hot_sauce) within 72 hours from the time of initial outreach to claim their prize. Failure to respond will prompt a new winner to be randomly chosen from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor is not responsible for unsuccessful efforts to notify any potential winner. Sponsor reserves the right to not award a prize, if, in their sole discretion, they do not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Valid Entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
