| Quantity | Ingredient |
|---|---|
| ½ cup | bread crumbs |
| ½ cup | grated Parmesan cheese |
| ⅓ cup | all-purpose flour |
| 2 | eggs, lightly beaten |
| 2 | large zucchini, cut into 3- x 1/2-inch sticks |
| Cooking spray | |
| ½ cup | Greek yogurt |
| ½ cup | sour cream |
| 2 Tbsp | The Original Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce |
| ½ tsp | dried dill |
| ½ tsp | garlic powder |
Preheat oven to 425°F.
In shallow dish, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan. Place flour in separate dish and eggs in another dish. One at a time, dredge each zucchini stick in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat in bread crumb mixture. Arrange on parchment paper–lined baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.
Spray zucchini fries with cooking spray; bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Meanwhile, whisk together yogurt, sour cream, hot sauce, dill and garlic powder. Serve with zucchini fries for dipping.
Substitute 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill for dried dill and 1 minced garlic clove for garlic powder if preferred. For a crunchier coating, substitute panko for regular bread crumbs.
