With crispy prosciutto and a little Parmesan, these simple sweet ’n’ spicy oven-roasted Brussels sprouts are a great side dish for both everyday and special-occasion dinners.

Louisiana Hot Sauce - Sweet Heat with Honey | |
2 | cloves garlic, minced |
1 lb | Brussels sprouts, halved |
4 | slices prosciutto, thinly sliced |
¼ cup | grated Parmesan cheese |
¼ tsp | salt |
¼ tsp | black pepper |
Preheat oven to 450°F.
In large bowl, whisk together oil, The Original Louisiana Brand® Hot Sauce Sweet Heat with Honey, and garlic. Toss in Brussels sprouts and prosciutto until well coated. Season with Parmesan, salt and pepper. Transfer mixture to parchment paper–lined baking sheet; spread into even layer.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until Brussels sprouts are lightly charred and tender.
Tip: Add 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, hazelnuts or sliced almonds in the last few minutes of cooking if desired.
