These hot and sticky baked sweet potatoes will win rave reviews from the whole family. They also make a great holiday side dish.

| 2½ lb | sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 2-inch chunks |
| ¼ cup | lemon juice |
| 2 Tbsp | The Original Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce |
| 2 Tbsp | butter, melted |
| 2 Tbsp | honey |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| ½ tsp | pepper |
| 2 | green onions, thinly sliced |
| 4 tsp | toasted sesame seeds |
Preheat oven to 350°F. Add sweet potatoes to lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish. Stir together lemon juice, hot sauce, butter, honey, salt and pepper; toss with sweet potatoes to coat well.
Cover tightly with foil; bake for about 1 hour or until tender. Remove foil; bake for about 20 minutes or until sweet potatoes are glazed and caramelized.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Substitute maple syrup or agave syrup for honey.
