With smoky charred flavors, this grilled broccoli is tossed with a spicy vinaigrette for a sensational summer side dish.
|1||head broccoli, cut into large florets|
|¼ cup||olive oil, divided|
|3 Tbsp||The Original Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce|
|2 Tbsp||red wine vinegar|
|1||clove garlic, minced|
|¼||freshly cracked pepper|
Preheat grill to medium-high heat; grease grate well. Toss broccoli florets with 2 tbsp olive oil.
Grill broccoli, turning often, for 5 to 8 minutes or until lightly charred and tender.
Whisk together remaining oil, hot sauce, vinegar, honey, garlic and salt; toss vinaigrette with broccoli. Season with pepper. Serve hot or at room temperature.
