1 cup | The Original Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce |
½ cup | Salted Butter |
½ cup | Margarine |
2 tsp | Minced Garlic |
1 ½ tsp | Crushed Red Pepper |
1 tbsp | Cayenne Pepper |
Onion Powder | |
Garlic Powder | |
Cajun Seasoning | |
Italian Seasoning | |
Salt and Pepper |
Thoroughly clean your turkey.
Pat your turkey dry with a paper towel and sit in in a large turkey pan / baking pan.
Pre-Heat your smoker to 300degrees F.
Melt your butter in a small bowl.
Stir in the Minced Garlic, Crushed Red Pepper, and Cayenne Pepper.
Cover the turkey with your butter mixture.
On top of that even season turkey
Add any remaining butter mixture
Cover the turkey with foil (Tent Style) - Place in smoker.
Let turkey cook for about 5 hours or until falling off the bone. Remove and ENJOY!
