¾ lb | cooked meatballs, thawed if frozen |
3 Tbsp | The Original Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce |
1 lb | spaghetti |
2½ cup | tomato sauce |
½ cup | grated Parmesan cheese, divided |
¼ cup | torn fresh basil leaves, divided |
2 Tbsp | olive oil |
Preheat grill to medium heat; grease grate well. Thread meatballs evenly onto 4 large metal skewers. Brush with 2 tbsp hot sauce.
Grill meatballs for 3 to 5 minutes per side or until grill marked and heated through.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain well and return to pot.
In saucepan, bring tomato sauce to boil. Reduce heat to low; cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through. Stir in half of the cheese, half of the basil, remaining hot sauce and olive oil. Toss with spaghetti until well coated.
Serve meatball skewers over spaghetti. Garnish with remaining Parmesan and basil.
If using bamboo skewers, soak in water for 10 to 15 minutes beforehand to prevent burning.
