Preheat the grill to 450°F.
To make the spicy BBQ sauce, whisk the brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, Hot Sauce, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and garlic together in a small saucepan over medium high heat. Simmer the sauce, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes.
Place the sirloin steaks directly onto the grill and grill for 2 - 3 minutes per side or until the internal temperature checked with an instant read thermometer reaches 125°F. Remove the steaks from the grill and let rest for 2 - 3 minutes.
Serve the steaks with the spicy BBQ sauce.
