Saucy Buffalo Chicken Tacos

Shredded rotisserie chicken is kicked up with Louisiana wing sauce for a quick and easy Tuesday taco dinner that’s loaded with yummy flavors.

Saucy Buffalo Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
⅔ cup The Original Louisiana Brand Wing Sauce
¼ cup butter
2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
8 flour tortillas (7 inches), warmed
2 cups shredded lettuce
2 large avocados, peeled, halved, pitted, and diced
½ cup finely crumbled blue cheese
⅓ cup diced red onion

Directions

    In large skillet set over medium heat, add 1/2 cup wing sauce and butter. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes or until butter has melted. Stir in chicken. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes or until heated through.

    Divide chicken mixture among tortillas. Top with lettuce, avocado, blue cheese and onion. Drizzle with remaining wing sauce.

    Tip: Substitute flour tortillas with corn tortillas if preferred.

    Tip: Substitute avocado with guacamole if desired.

    Tip: Substitute blue cheese with crumbled goat cheese, chopped cheese curds or shredded Monterey Jack cheese if preferred
