Shredded rotisserie chicken is kicked up with Louisiana wing sauce for a quick and easy Tuesday taco dinner that’s loaded with yummy flavors.
⅔ cup | The Original Louisiana Brand Wing Sauce |
¼ cup | butter |
2 cups | shredded rotisserie chicken |
8 | flour tortillas (7 inches), warmed |
2 cups | shredded lettuce |
2 | large avocados, peeled, halved, pitted, and diced |
½ cup | finely crumbled blue cheese |
⅓ cup | diced red onion |
In large skillet set over medium heat, add 1/2 cup wing sauce and butter. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes or until butter has melted. Stir in chicken. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes or until heated through.
Divide chicken mixture among tortillas. Top with lettuce, avocado, blue cheese and onion. Drizzle with remaining wing sauce.
Tip: Substitute flour tortillas with corn tortillas if preferred.
