This Jalapeño Cheese Sauce offers a spicy, creamy kick to your favorite dishes. Blended jalapeño and half and half create a smooth, zesty base, while Southeastern Mills® Cheese Sauce brings richness. Ingredients

½ cup	half and half
1	Jalapeño pepper, stemmed removed
1 pkg	Southeastern Mills® Cheese Sauce, prepared according to package
1½ tsp	Red Rooster Hot Sauce
¼ cup	freshly chopped cilantro

Add the half and half and the jalapeño to a blender and blend until smooth.

Add the jalapeño liquid to a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5-6 minutes.

Whisk the Cheese Sauce into the saucepan. Add The Hot Sauce and cilantro. Stir to combine.
