½ cup | half and half |
1 | Jalapeño pepper, stemmed removed |
1 pkg | Southeastern Mills® Cheese Sauce, prepared according to package |
1½ tsp | Red Rooster Hot Sauce |
¼ cup | freshly chopped cilantro |
Add the half and half and the jalapeño to a blender and blend until smooth.
Add the jalapeño liquid to a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5-6 minutes.
Whisk the Cheese Sauce into the saucepan. Add The Hot Sauce and cilantro. Stir to combine.
Serve with poached eggs or make delicious nachos.Also delicious when served over chicken or pork.
