This Instant Pot pulled chicken is no-fuss cooking that’s perfect for serving a crowd.
|1 cup||smoky barbecue sauce|
|¼ cup||The Original Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce|
|3 lb||boneless skinless chicken thighs|
|4 cup||shredded cabbage|
|1 cup||matchstick carrots|
|2 Tbsp||lemon juice|
|1 tsp||celery seed|
|½ tsp||salt and pepper|
|8||burger buns, split|
In Instant Pot, combine beer, barbecue sauce and 3 tbsp hot sauce. Stir in chicken thighs. Cover and cook on High for about 10 minutes or until chicken is very tender.
Release pressure from Instant Pot; remove chicken and shred in large bowl using 2 forks. Return to Instant Pot; toss with juices. Cover and set to Warm until ready to serve.
Meanwhile, toss together cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, lemon juice, remaining hot sauce, celery seed, salt and pepper.
Serve pulled chicken in buns with slaw.
