Simple and delicious, this flavorful butter is perfect with juicy summer corn.
|6 Tbsp||butter, softened|
|2 Tbsp||The Original Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce|
|6||cobs corn, husks and silk removed|
|8||lime wedges, for serving|
Mix together butter, honey, hot sauce and salt; set aside.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat; grease grates well.
Grill corn, covered, for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, or until well marked and tender.
Cut each cob of corn into 3 pieces. Immediately toss hot corn with hot honey butter.
Serve with lime wedges.
