| 1 lb | lean ground chicken |
| ½ cup | seasoned bread crumbs |
| 1 | egg, beaten |
| ¼ cup | 2% milk |
| 3 Tbsp | The Original Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce |
| 2 | green onions, thinly sliced |
| 2 | peaches, halved and pitted |
| 2 Tbsp | butter, melted |
| 4 | burger buns, split |
| 1 cup | arugula |
| 4 tsp | grainy mustard |
Mix together ground chicken, bread crumbs, egg, milk, 2 tbsp hot sauce and green onions. Divide into 4 portions; shape each portion into 1/2-inch thick patties.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat; grease grate well. Grill burgers for about 5 minutes per side or until grill marked and internal temperature reaches 165F.
Meanwhile, grill peach halves for 2 minutes per side or until grill marked and tender. Toss with melted butter and remaining hot sauce. Grill buns for about 1 minute or until lightly toasted.
Assemble burgers in buns with peaches, arugula and mustard.
Add Brie, feta or goat cheese to burger if desired.
