These spiced-up cheesy hot dogs with Cheddar and feta cheese are perfect for casual barbecues or picnics.
|8||jumbo hot dogs|
|2 Tbsp||The Original Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce|
|8||hot dog buns, split|
|2 cup||shredded mild orange Cheddar cheese|
|½ cup||crumbled feta cheese|
|½ cup||diced red onions|
|½ cup||sliced pickled jalapeño peppers|
Preheat grill to medium heat; grease grate well. Brush hot dogs with half of the hot sauce.
Grill, turning occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes or until lightly charred, plump and heated through. (Alternatively, cook according to package directions.) Meanwhile, grill buns for 30 to 60 seconds or until lightly toasted.
Immediately assemble hot dogs in buns. Top with Cheddar, feta, onions, jalapeños and remaining hot sauce.
