1 Tbsp	minced garlic
2 Tbsp	Louisiana Gold Green Pepper Sauce with Tabasco Peppers
½ cup	minced onion
½ cup	red wine vinegar
½ cup	olive oil
½ cup	chopped fresh cilantro
