Refrigerator biscuits are stuffed with rotisserie chicken, Original “Louisiana” Brand® Wing Sauce and lots of cheese — all those best flavors of Buffalo wings in baked ooey-gooey pastry form.
¾ cup | shredded rotisserie chicken |
¼ cup | The Original Louisiana Brand Wing Sauce |
¼ cup | shredded Cheddar cheese |
¼ cup | shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 | pkg (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (10 count) |
1 tbsp | butter, melted |
2 tbsp | finely chopped fresh chives |
½ cup | ranch or blue cheese dressing |
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In medium bowl, stir together chicken, The Original “Louisiana” Brand® Wing Sauce, Cheddar and mozzarella.
Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Cut each horizontally almost all the way, opening each up like a book.
Arrange heaping 1 tbsp chicken filling in center of bottom layer of each biscuit. Cap with top halves, pressing gently. Arrange on parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with chives.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
Tip: Substitute shredded mozzarella with Monterey Jack or Swiss cheese if preferred.
