Spiced with a flavorful rub, this broiled salmon delivers a delicious dinner that’s quick to make.

| 1 tsp | brown sugar |
| ½ tsp | garlic powder |
| ½ tsp | celery salt |
| ½ tsp | mustard powder |
| ½ tsp | pepper |
| 4 | skin-on salmon fillets (5 to 6 oz each) |
| 2 Tbsp | The Original Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce |
| 4 tsp | olive oil |
| 4 | lemon wedges |
Place rack in center of oven. Preheat broiler.
Stir together paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, celery salt, mustard powder and pepper. Brush salmon fillets with hot sauce; rub with spice mixture. Place fillets on foil-lined baking sheet; drizzle olive oil over top.
Broil salmon for about 9 minutes or until fish is golden brown and just starts to flake when tested. Serve with lemon wedges.
Serve with store-bought garlic aioli or tartar sauce spiked with a little more hot sauce if desired.
