Sweepstakes Entry Period: The Sweepstakes will begin on Friday, September 20, 2024, at 9:00 am ET, Eastern Time (“ET”) and end on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at 11:59 pm ET (The Sweepstakes Entry Period). Only entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period and which are otherwise fully compliant with these Official Rules are “Valid Entries.”
Eligibility: The Louisiana Hot Sauce x Pilgrimage Music & Cultural Festival Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, and all United States territories and possessions), age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and where otherwise taxed, prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of the Sponsor or its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising agencies, and their immediate families and household members are not eligible.

Users can receive up to two bonus entries by following Louisiana Hot Sauce on Instagram and Facebook (1 bonus entry) or tagging a friend you’d bring to the festival in the comments of the post (1 bonus entry). The entry must fulfill all Sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win the prizes. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Summit Hill Foods. You may enter only once via the entry form. You must provide the information requested. Summit Hill Foods will never ask for credit card information or any other form of payment as a method of entry or verification for this Sweepstakes. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Summit Hill Foods. In case of dispute as to the identity of any Entrant, entry will be declared made by the registered name and address on such entry. All prizes are non-transferable or assigned and no substitutions or cash redemptions; except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. No more than the stated number of prizes outlined in these Official Rules will be awarded.
Neither Sponsor nor any Sweepstakes Entity is responsible for any entry that is lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, human error, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor or Sweepstakes Entity.
Selection of Winners/Odds: On or around Wednesday, September 25, 2024, up to 4 potential winners will be selected in a random drawing by a Louisiana Hot Sauce representative from all eligible entries. The potential winners will be notified by Louisiana Hot Sauce via email at consumeraffairs@shfoods.com. Winners must respond to the email from Louisiana Hot Sauce within 48 hours from the time of initial outreach to claim their prize. Failure to respond will prompt a new winner to be randomly chosen from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor is not responsible for unsuccessful efforts to notify any potential winner. Sponsor reserves the right to not award a prize, if, in their sole discretion, they do not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Valid Entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Prizes: Four (4) randomly selected winners will enter for their chance to win two (2) Two Day General Admission tickets to the Pilgrimage Musical & Cultural Festival, as well as a selection of Louisiana Hot Sauce product and merchandise. Transportation and accommodations are not included with the prize. Prize must be used on the date/time specified or the prize will be forfeited. Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Winning is subject to verification of eligibility.

Festival Ticket Pickup: Winners will pick up their tickets to enter the Pilgrimage Music & Cultural Festival at Will Call. Detailed instructions for claiming tickets at Will Call will be provided by a Louisiana Hot Sauce representative via email. Tickets for festival entry will not be mailed to winners and must be picked up at Will Call.
Remaining prizes, including Louisiana Hot Sauce product and merchandise, will be shipped directly to the winner’s address provided upon entry.
