By participating in a Promotion, you are agreeing to the provisions, conditions, or official rules that govern that Promotion, which may contain specific requirements of you (including, except where prohibited by law, allowing the sponsor(s) of the Promotion to use your name, voice, likeness or other indicia of persona in advertising or marketing materials). If you choose to enter a Promotion, personal information may be disclosed to third parties (including, without limitation, a co-sponsor) or the public in connection with the administration of such Promotion, including, without limitation, in connection with winner selection, prize fulfillment, and as required by law or permitted by the Promotion’s terms or official rules (such as on a winners list).
Sweepstakes Entry Period: The Sweepstakes will begin on Wednesday, December 21st, 2023 at 12:00 pm ET, Eastern Time (“ET”) and end on Wednesday, January 31st, 2024 at 11:59 pm ET (The Sweepstakes Entry Period). Only entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period and which are otherwise fully compliant with these Official Rules are “Valid Entries.”
Eligibility: The Louisiana Hot Sauce Next Hottest Thing Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, and all United States territories and possessions), age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and where otherwise taxed, prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of the Sponsor or its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising agencies, and their immediate families and household members are not eligible.
To Enter: Entrants purchasing the Louisiana Hot Sauce Next Hottest Thing Bundle from louisianahotsauce.com between Wednesday, December 21st, 2023 at 12:00 pm ET and Wednesday, January 31st , 2024 at 11:59 pm ET (The Sweepstakes Period) will be automatically entered to win one (1) of the prize packs outlined below. To enter without making a purchase, Entrants must send an email with the subject line “Next Hottest Thing Bundle Pack Sweepstakes Entry” to consumeraffairs@shfoods.com and provide the following information: Entrant’s complete name, mailing address, email address, and phone number. You must also designate which prize pack you are entering to win – CJ Stroud, Bijan Robinson, or Chef Hoppie. Valid online entries will be accepted via email from Wednesday, December 21st, 2023 at 12:00 pm ET and Wednesday, January 31st, 2024 at 11:59 pm ET (The Sweepstakes Period).
Regardless of the entry method used to enter the Sweepstakes, there is a limit of one (1) entry per Entrant for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, and/or any other methods will void that Entrant’s entry, and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Entries submitted by anyone other than the Entrant are void. In case of dispute as to the identity of any Entrant, entry will be declared made by the registered name and address on such entry. All prizes are non-transferable or assigned and no substitutions or cash redemptions; except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. No more than the stated number of prizes outlined in these Official Rules will be awarded.
Neither Sponsor nor any Sweepstakes Entity is responsible for any entry that is lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, human error, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor or Sweepstakes Entity.
Selection of Winners/Odds: On or around May 20th, 2024 three (3) potential grand prize winners and twelve (12) potential secondary prize winners will be selected in a random drawing by a Louisiana Hot Sauce representative from all eligible entries. The potential winners will be notified by Louisiana Hot Sauce (consumeraffairs@shfoods.com) via the email address that was provided during purchase of the Louisiana Hot Sauce Next Hottest Thing Bundle from louisianahotsauce.com. Winners must respond to the email from Louisiana Hot Sauce (consumeraffairs@shfoods.com) within 72 hours from the time of initial outreach to claim their prize. Failure to respond will prompt a new winner to be randomly chosen from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor is not responsible for unsuccessful efforts to notify any potential winner. Sponsor reserves the right to not award a prize, if, in their sole discretion, they do not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Valid Entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
