3 tbsp | Louisiana Hot Sauce - Tangy Taco |
8 | slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, divided |
1 | bag (9.5 oz) tortilla chips |
2 cups | shredded sharp (old) Cheddar cheese |
2 cups | shredded Monterey Jack cheese |
3 | green onions, thinly sliced |
1½ cups | shredded lettuce |
⅔ | diced tomatoes |
1 cup | guacamole |
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In small bowl, stir together ranch dressing and 2 tbsp The Original Louisiana Brand® Hot Sauce Tangy Taco. Reserve 2 tbsp bacon for Step 4.
Arrange half the tortilla chips on parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Scatter with half the remaining bacon, half the Cheddar, half the Monterey Jack and half the green onions. Drizzle with 1 1/2 tsp hot sauce. Repeat layers 1 more time. Drizzle with 1 1/2 tbsp hot sauce.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese has melted. Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes and reserved bacon. Drizzle with spiced ranch dressing and serve with guacamole.
Tip: Serve nachos also with sour cream and refried beans if desired.
