Ingredients

8 oz	cream cheese, softened
1 cup	sour cream
1½ cup	shredded Monterey jack cheese
1 Tbsp	minced garlic
3 Tbsp	Louisiana Gold Green Pepper Sauce with Tabasco Peppers
¼ cup	Louisiana Brand Diced Jalapenos
10 oz	chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained

Add the cream cheese, sour cream, and Monterey jack cheese to a large pan over medium high heat. Stir continuously until the cream cheese and cheese has melted. Add the garlic, Pepper Sauce, and Jalapeño Peppers to the pan and stir to combine.

Add thawed spinach to cheese mixture and remove from heat.
