8 oz | cream cheese, softened |
1 cup | sour cream |
1½ cup | shredded Monterey jack cheese |
1 Tbsp | minced garlic |
3 Tbsp | Louisiana Gold Green Pepper Sauce with Tabasco Peppers |
¼ cup | Louisiana Brand Diced Jalapenos |
10 oz | chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained |
Add the cream cheese, sour cream, and Monterey jack cheese to a large pan over medium high heat. Stir continuously until the cream cheese and cheese has melted. Add the garlic, Pepper Sauce, and Jalapeño Peppers to the pan and stir to combine.
Add thawed spinach to cheese mixture and remove from heat.
Serve immediately with corn chips, blue chips, pita bread, or other favorite dipper.
