2 Tbsp | freshly squeezed lemon juice |
2 Tbsp | sesame oil |
1 Tbsp | soy sauce |
2 cup | prepared sushi-style rice |
½ | avocado, pitted and chopped |
½ cup | cooked shelled edamame |
¼ cup | cucumber, sliced |
3 Tbsp | green onion, sliced and divided |
¼ cup | mayonnaise |
1 | toasted sesame seeds |
