Spicy, cheesy and loaded with pepperoni, this decadent mac and cheese is sure to be a new favorite for dinnertime. And it’s a perfect side dish for parties and potlucks too!
4 cups | prepared mac and cheese |
1 cup | roughly chopped pepperoni slices |
¼ cup | Louisiana Hot Sauce - Southwest Jalapeno |
1 tbsp | dried Italian seasoning |
½ cup | shredded Italian cheese blend |
2 | green onions, thinly sliced |
Preheat oven to 400 F.
In medium bowl, stir together mac and cheese, pepperoni, 3 Tbsp the Original “Louisiana” Brand Hot Sauce™ Southwest Jalapeno and Italian seasoning.
Transfer mixture to baking dish and top with Italian cheese blend.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is golden, melted and bubbly.
Drizzle remaining 1 Tbsp hot sauce over top and garnish with green onions.
Tip: For added crunch, top cheese with bread crumbs before baking
