⅓ cup | all-purpose flour |
1 tbsp | baking powder |
1 tsp | garlic powder |
½ tsp | salt |
½ tsp | black pepper |
1 | head cauliflower, cut into medium florets |
½ cup | butter, melted and divided |
¼ cup | The Original Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce |
2 tbsp | chopped parsley |
1 tbsp | brown sugar |
¾ cup | ranch dressing, for serving |
Preheat air fryer to 400°F according to manufacturer’s instructions.
In small bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
In large bowl, toss cauliflower with half the butter. Sprinkle with flour mixture and toss to combine.
Arrange half the cauliflower in single layer in air-fryer basket. Cook, turning halfway, for 8 minutes or until golden brown and tender. Repeat with remaining cauliflower.
In small saucepan set over low heat, add half the hot sauce, remaining butter, parsley and brown sugar. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes or until brown sugar has dissolved. Bring to a boil, then toss with cauliflower.
In another large bowl, toss cauliflower with hot sauce mixture until well coated.
In another small bowl, combine ranch dressing with remaining hot sauce. Serve cauliflower bites with spicy ranch for dipping.
Tip: Substitute ranch dressing with blue cheese dressing or Caesar dressing for variation.
