Bacon is already delicious, but this sweet and spicy version sure kicks it up a notch — an easy yet impressive way to add flavor and texture to a breakfast spread staple!
1 lb | thick-cut bacon |
¼ cup | Louisiana Hot Sauce - Hotter Than Hot |
¾ cup | packed brown sugar |
1 tsp | garlic powder |
1 tsp | smoked paprika |
1 tsp | cracked black pepper |
Preheat oven to 425F. Place wire rack over foil-lined baking tray.
Arrange bacon on wire rack. Brush with the Original “Louisiana” Brand Hot Sauce™ Hotter Than Hot.
In small bowl, stir together brown sugar, garlic powder, paprika and pepper. Sprinkle evenly over bacon.
Bake for 20 to 22 minutes or until bacon is candied and crispy
