Cook burgers to preference on flattop, skillet, grill, or smoker
Preheat fryer to 360 degrees
For your onion rings mix dry ingredients together in a small bowl and in another bowl mix together the wet ingredients.
Slice your large onion in ½ circles.
Dip each onion ring piece in the wet ingredients, then coat in the dry ingredient and then repeat that step again.
After all the onion rings are coated put in the fryer for 2 minutes or until floating and golden brown.
For the spicy mayo, mix the three ingredients together.
Layer your burger, recommended bun, spicy mayo, lettuce, tomato, burger, onion ring, dash hot sauce on burger, spicy mayo on bun top.
