1 Tbsp | butter |
4 | eggs |
½ cup | shredded Tex-Mex cheese |
1 | avocado, pitted and mashed |
4 | English muffins, split and toasted |
¼ cup | mayonnaise |
4 | hashbrown patties, prepared according to package directions |
4 | crispy cooked bacon slices |
2 Tbsp | Louisiana Hot Sauce - Smoked Chipotle |
In a large skillet set over medium heat, melt butter. Crack eggs into skillet and cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until edges start to set. Flip eggs and sprinkle cheese evenly over top. Cover and cook for 2 minutes or until eggs are set and cheese has melted.
Spread avocado over bottoms of English muffins. Spread mayonnaise evenly on tops.
Layer hashbrowns, bacon and fried eggs onto bottoms of English muffins. Drizzle The Original “Louisiana” Brand Hot Sauce™ Smoked Chipotle over top and cap with English muffin tops.
Tip: If desired, substitute bacon with cooked breakfast sausage patties, or omit for a vegetarian option.
