2 cup | shredded cheddar cheese |
2 cup | shredded rotisserie chicken |
1 cup | brick-style cream cheese, softened |
¼ cup | green onions, sliced |
½ cup | The Original Louisiana Brand Wing Sauce |
¼ tsp | salt |
¼ tsp | black pepper |
12 | sandwich bread slices |
3 Tbsp | butter, divided |
In a medium bowl, stir together cheddar, chicken, cream cheese, green onions, ¼ cup of The Original “Louisiana” Brand Wing Sauce™, salt and pepper.
Divide mixture evenly among 6 bread slices and spread into an even layer. Cap with remaining bread slices.
In a large skillet set over medium heat, melt 1 Tbsp of butter. Arrange 2 sandwiches in skillet and cook, turning once, for 4 to 6 minutes or until golden and crisp and cheese has melted. Repeat with remaining butter and remaining sandwiches.
Cut sandwiches in half diagonally and serve with remaining hot sauce.
