With crunchy toasted ramen noodles and sliced almonds, this easy-to-make slaw is addictively delicious.
1 pkg | instant ramen noodles (3oz), seasoning packet removed |
½ cup | sliced almonds |
1 bag | coleslaw mix (16oz) |
6 | green onions, thinly sliced |
¼ cup | Asian sesame dressing |
2 Tbsp | The Original Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce |
1 Tbsp | toasted sesame seeds |
Preheat oven to 400°F. Crumble dry noodles; toss with sliced almonds on parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Bake for about 7 minutes or until fragrant and lightly toasted. Let cool completely.
In large bowl, toss together coleslaw mix, green onions, dressing and hot sauce until well coated. Stir in toasted ramen noodle mixture. Garnish with sesame seeds.
As a variation, substitute broccoli slaw for coleslaw mix.
