8 | frozen breaded chicken fillets, prepared according to package directions |
⅓ cup | mayonnaise |
¼ cup | Louisiana Hot Sauce - Tangy Taco |
2 Tbsp | freshly squeezed lemon juice |
½ tsp | salt |
2 cup | shredded green cabbage |
1 cup | shredded carrots |
2 | green onions, thinly sliced |
12 | corn tortillas, warmed |
1 | avocado, pitted and thinly sliced |
½ cup | fresh cilantro, chopped |
Cut each chicken fillet into 3 even strips.
In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, 2 Tbsp of The Original “Louisiana” Brand Hot Sauce™ Tangy Taco, lemon juice and salt. Toss in cabbage, carrots and green onions until coated.
Divide chicken evenly among tortillas. Top evenly with avocado, coleslaw mixture and cilantro. Drizzle remaining The Original “Louisiana” Brand Hot Sauce™ Tangy Taco over top.
Tip: If desired, substitute chicken with fish fillets, or plant-based fillets for a vegetarian option!
