Cheese is a great way to add savory flavor and — when baked — crispiness to any dish, and these loaded potatoes are no exception! Perfect as a side dish or as an entertaining appetizer that can be served with a creamy dipping sauce.

1 bag (24oz) | mixed baby potatoes |
½ tsp | salt |
2 tbsp | melted butter |
½ cup | shredded cheddar cheese |
¼ cup | grated parmesan cheese |
2 tbsp | Louisiana Hot Sauce - Garlic Lovers |
2 tbsp | chopped fresh chives |
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Place potatoes in saucepan of water and set over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes or until fork-tender; drain.
Arrange potatoes in single layer on lightly greased baking sheet. Using bottom of clean baking sheet or back of metal spatula, press potatoes down until flattened to 1/2-inch thickness. Sprinkle with salt.
Brush potatoes with melted butter and sprinkle with Cheddar and Parmesan.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Flip and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until evenly golden and crisp on both sides.
Drizzle with the Original “Louisiana” Brand Hot Sauce™ Garlic Lovers and chives before serving.
Tip: For added heat, add chili flakes to melted butter before brushing over potatoes.
