Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and The Original “Louisiana” Brand Hot Sauce™ and cook, stirring, until chicken is warmed through and is fully coated in sauce.
Heat a large cast iron skillet over high heat. Working 4 at a time, add tortillas in an even layer and cook, flipping once halfway through, until lightly charred and puffed, about 2 minutes per side. Tuck tortillas into a clean dish towel to keep warm and repeat with remaining tortillas.
Fill tortillas with chicken mixture and lettuce and arrange on a serving platter. Drizzle Litehouse Homestyle Ranch Dressing & Dip over the filling, then sprinkle with onion and cilantro. Drizzle lime juice and more The Original “Louisiana” Brand Hot Sauce™ over the top before serving.
