2 tsp | celery salt |
½ tsp | chili powder |
¼ tsp | garlic powder |
¼ tsp | salt |
¼ tsp | black pepper |
3 cups | tomato juice, chilled |
¼ cup | lemon juice |
2 tbsp | The Original Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce |
4 tsp | prepared horseradish |
2 tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
½ cup | vodka |
4 | stalks celery |
4 | lemon wedges |
4 | stuffed green olives |
In small bowl, whisk together celery salt, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
In pitcher, stir together tomato juice, lemon juice, 4 tsp The Original Louisiana Brand® Hot Sauce, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and half the celery salt mixture. (Keep Bloody Mary mix in refrigerator if making ahead.)
Transfer remaining celery salt mixture to small dish. Transfer remaining hot sauce to another shallow dish.
Dip rims of 4 highball glasses in hot sauce and then in celery salt mixture.
Fill prepared glasses with ice. Pour 2 oz vodka into each glass and top evenly with Bloody Mary mix.
Garnish with celery, lemon and olive.
Tip: Substitute vodka with tequila or gin if preferred. Or for mocktails, use alcohol-free vodka or gin.
