These classic fries are packed with a Cajun punch and are in an air fryer to reduce oil — a perfect side dish, snack or appetizer for casual entertaining!
2 | large russet potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch-thick strips |
2 Tbsp | Cajun seasoning |
½ tsp | salt |
2 Tbsp | vegetable oil |
½ cup | ketchup |
2 Tbsp | Louisiana Hot Sauce - Cajun Heat |
Preheat air fryer to 375 F.
In a large bowl, toss potatoes in oil until evenly coated. Add Cajun seasoning and salt; toss to coat.
Arrange potatoes in a single layer in an air fryer basket. Cook, flipping fries halfway through the cook time, for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden and crispy. (Repeat with remaining fries if working in batches.)
In a small bowl, stir together ketchup and The Original “Louisiana” Brand Hot Sauce™ Cajun Heat.
Transfer crispy fries to a serving platter.
Sprinkle with optional toppings, if desired.
Serve with spiced ketchup for dipping.
